Our item gifting feature isn't currently implemented but you can tip someone by clicking their name in chat and selecting "tip" from the drop down.

No, we currently don't tax item purchases or sales.

What types of deposit methods do you offer?

1xPot upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with the User. However, if required by a governing authority, a judge or, when required to do so by law, another public authority, and/or in the event of a User violating the Terms of Service, data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purposes.

1xPot and any website affiliated with us are not liable for any items, savings, profits, businesses, or reputation lost while using our Service, this includes but is not limited to mistakes, misprints, misinterpretations, mishearings, misreadings, mistranslations, spelling mistakes.

DEPOSITS

When a User deposits they receive credits(also referred to as "Coins") in return for their deposited amount. 1xPot is not responsible and does not accept any claims for any issues that may occur while depositing from third-party websites, this includes but is not limited to mistakes, misprints, misinterpretations, mishearings, misreadings, mistranslations, spelling mistakes. Any crosschain deposits (such as sending Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address) will not be processed and your deposit will be permanently lost. It is strictly forbidden to deposit funds from another persons wallet.

WITHDRAWS

The User must wager 100% of their deposit before withdrawing. 1xPot is not responsible for any loss of crypto-currency after it has been withdrawn from the Service.

HOUSE CUT

By using our Service you agree to allow 1xPot to take a percentage of every jackpot(small, medium, and large included), coinflip, and battle.

PRICING

While we do display a coin value, the items you buy and/or sell on our Service have no physical value and "Patterns" on the items will not affect the price. These item values are subject to change without any notice.

MEDIA

1xPot has the right to display information about winnings and, accordingly, winners, for advertising purposes. The consent of the winner is not required and no fee is due to the winner.

LOST ITEMS

If you lose any items and/or credits due to bugs, you will have 7 days to contact support, after which the items and/or credits will be surrendered to 1xPot.
